Frequently asked questions.

Q: Where can I train?

A: You can train anywhere that is clean, safe and accessible. We recommend a good space in your home, garden or home gym.

Q: Can I train online or virtually?

A: Yes absolutely, due to recent events we have adapted our service across several platforms so all of our clients can continue to train from the comfort of their own homes. This option will continue in the future for those who want it or who need it from time to time.

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Typically our sessions are 30 or 60 minutes but all sessions can be adapted to meet your individual needs where necessary.

Q: How many sessions do I have to sign up for?

A: As many or as few as you like. We will of course have our recommendations but there is no commitment for you to do anything and no contracts that you will be tied into.

Q: Can I cancel a session?

A: Yes, 24 hours notice is required to avoid any charges. We will re-arrange the session at a time that works for you.

Q: Whats in the initial consultation/assessment?

A: Your initial appointment acts as a chance for us to better understand your goals, where you would like to train and what we have to work with. It's also a great chance for you to get to know us. After this initial meeting we will be much better placed to plan your training or re-hab programme.

Q: Can I train with a friend or family member?

A: Yes of course as long as there is adequate space, this is often a fun way to introduce yourself to personal training and workouts, it's also a little more cost effective too!

Q: Will you provide the equipment?

A: Yes we will. If there are individual items you wish to include or you have your own gym / equipment we are happy to incorporate them into your workout.  

Q: I have other health concerns and injuries, can you help?

A: Yes, our lead trainer is qualified in sports rehabilitation and is a fully qualified physiotherapist who can work with you. 

Q: I am having or recently had an operation, can you help?

A: We have many clients who work with our trainers and therapists to either prepare for or recover from surgery. Please have a quick look at some of our clients testimonials.

Q: Can you help me prepare for a specific event?

A: Yes of course, we often receive requests to help our clients prepare for a big events including the London Marathon as well as other events including wedding's and holiday's.

Q: I'm pregnant, can I still exercise / is it safe to start training?

A: Absolutely. Our Team are highly qualified in all pre and post natal care so we can ensure that you receive guidance and safe instruction throughout your pregnancy journey.
