Rush Fitness London is a contemporary personal training provider. We have been building steadily since 2006 and are completely independent of any gyms or health clubs and deal directly with our clients.

All of our clients are unique and many have been training with us for some time. They all have busy lives and enjoy the flexibility of not having to sign up to a gym or even leave the house if their time or physical capabilities won't allow it. 

We understand that our clients have individual needs and so we have a highly trained team each with their own areas of expertise. We take the time to ensure we match your profile to one of our trainers based on your goals, requirements and style of training. Just some of our specialities include: weight loss, sports injuries, pregnancy fitness (pre and post natal) , strength and conditioning as well as sport specific training and more.

The Space / Our People
  • The studio can be your home, home gym or a convenient location where you feel comfortable and in control to get the most out of your training sessions.

  • Clean, open spaces including outdoor neutral venues are ideal but our trainers won't need too much space to get the most from your workout.

  • You can also train with us virtually/online via various platforms if this suits you or just if you are running late!

  • All of our trainers are based locally throughout Surrey.

  • Our trainers are available seven days a week from early in the morning to late in the evening.
